Information you provide
When you request an appointment, we collect your name, mobile number, optional WhatsApp number, reason for visit, preferred date and time, and any optional message. Please do not include sensitive medical details in the message.
How your information is used
The clinic uses your request to contact you and arrange a visit. Appointment requests are stored using Lovable Cloud and are not publicly accessible. A phone-derived fingerprint is used to limit repeated requests and protect the form from abuse. If you choose to continue through WhatsApp, the details you approve are shared with WhatsApp and handled under its own privacy terms.
Indian data protection
We aim to handle personal data in line with applicable Indian data protection requirements, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, as applicable. Appointment details are used for responding to your request and are not displayed publicly.
External services
Google Maps is embedded on location pages. Google and social platforms may receive your browser information when you load their content or follow their links, under their own privacy policies. This website does not currently include advertising trackers.
Your choices
For questions about your information, or to request correction or deletion of an appointment request, call the clinic on 094300 44885. Retention requirements may depend on applicable legal and clinical obligations. Avoid sharing private information in public reviews.
